Label and eyebrow

.slate-label, .slate-eyebrow. The micro-label idiom: mono, uppercase, tracked open, at the bottom two rungs of the derived ladder. Six other components in this layer (a tag, a pill, a spec key, a pager direction, a meta line, a callout's tone word) are that idiom wearing a box, and each includes the same label() mixin. Split by job rather than by size: a label names something else on the page and is read beside it; an eyebrow is read as its own line.

Label, at the smallest rungEyebrow, one step above it

Not operable: text furniture, with no tab stop of its own.
