.slate-pager. A class and not a bare nav rule: a <nav> is any block of navigation links, and drawing every one as a two-up grid of bordered cards would restyle components this package does not ship, on the strength of a tag that says only "these are links to somewhere else".

Keyboard interaction

• Tab reaches each link in document order (Previous, then Next); Enter follows it.
• Hover moves the ground, not the boundary: the border stays at --slate-color-line-control in every state, so a keyboard-focused card is identified the same way a hovered one is.
