Spec list
.slate-spec. A class and not a bare dl rule, because <dl> has several readings: a specification table, a glossary, a metadata block, the markup a Markdown processor emits for a definition list. A two-column grid with a max-content key column is right for the first and wrong for the rest, so the grid is opt-in and a bare <dl> keeps the module's body type and the browser's own block layout.
- Package
- @erikakers/slate
- Depends on
- @erikakers/typography, and nothing else
- Type scale
- Derived from two anchors: an 18.5px prose body and a 72px display. Every size between them is the module's output rather than a target.
A bare description list, which is not a spec list
- Glossary
- The same tag with no class keeps the module's body type and the browser's own block layout, which is what a glossary wants and what the two-column grid above would ruin.
Not operable: reached like any other content, with no tab stop of its own.
